Welcome to DRIPFORMMNL. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Our products

We sell authentic branded caps. Brand names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners. DRIPFORMMNL is a reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands unless stated otherwise. Photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colors may look slightly different on your screen.

2. Prices and availability

All prices are in Philippine pesos (₱). Stock is limited, and we may correct pricing or listing errors at any time. Availability shown on the site is not a guarantee until we confirm your payment. If an item can't be fulfilled, we'll tell you and refund anything you paid.

3. Placing an order and reserving items

When you place an order, we reserve your items for a few hours while you pay, so no one else can take them. If we don't receive your payment in time, the reservation ends and the items may be sold to another customer. An order is confirmed only after we verify your payment.

4. Payment

Follow the payment instructions shown after you place your order, then submit your proof of payment. We confirm payments manually and may ask for more information if something doesn't match. Orders with payments we can't verify may be cancelled.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, fees and responsibilities are explained in our Shipping policy. You're responsible for giving a complete and correct delivery address and a working phone number.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 5 days, for brand-new, unused items only, and are covered in our Returns policy.

7. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password private. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

8. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, to scrape it automatically, to place fake orders, or to access other people's information. We may cancel orders or block access if we see abuse.

9. Limits of our responsibility

We take care to keep the site accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Philippine consumer law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date above, is the one that applies when you use the site or place an order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
